molarity = moles solute/liters solution
mole KOH= 5.00 M KOH x .75mL/.75mL

5.00 M = 5.00 mol/L
750 mL = 0.750 L
Therefore, 5.00 mol/L x 0.750 L = 3.75 mol

Number of moles (n) is given by the formula n = (c x V)/1000
where c = concentration in M (or mol/L) and V = volume of solution in mL
Hence, n = (5 x 750)/1000 = 3.75 mol.
