If you are ready to take the MCAT,then you have already taken the prerequite courses for med school.I hope you have learned enough by now to feel comfortable with the MCAT.There are books that will help prepare.

I scored pretty well on the old MCAT. My preparation was that I went to the city I was testing in a day early and got rip-roaring drunk. You can get one of those study guides if you wish, but you've been studying this stuff for years. If you know it, you know it.

I used Kaplan books for review and did it over the 1-2 weeks prior to the MCAT.

There are also classes by Kaplan and Princeton you can take.    I had a friend take the Kaplan class and she did pretty well on the MCAT.

I used the prep books while I took the courses and did fairly well.  You can also find advice and resources at www.studentdoctor.net
Good luck!
