It pulls on the actin filaments closer to the M-Line (this is visible during the contraction of a muscle fibre; a sarcomere will shorten and the actins will be closer to each other)

The myosin heads will attach to binding sites on actin, and using one ATP, the myosin neck flexes, which pulls actin closer to the middle of the sarcomere, therefore shortening the sarcomere as well as the entire muscle.
