As of now, there are no treatment for Zika (https://www.cdc.gov/zika/symptoms/treatment.html you can read more by using the tab toward the left side). The most physician can do is treat the symptoms. Depends on what sources you're looking at, the chance of a pregnant woman infected with zika giving birth to a baby that is affected by the virus ranges from 1-15 percent depending on when the woman contracted the virus. You can follow the guidelines here https://www.cdc.gov/zika/pregnancy/women-and-their-partners.html Zika only dangerous if the woman is pregnant. The symptoms of Zika for adult female are mild and the immune system is ableto fight off Zika. However, Zika is harmful for fetus and could cause microcephaly and other birth defect.
