Palmaris Longus muscle (one in each arm) and Epithalamus are two things that currently have no known function in the human body.  In the 1890 there were several other parts which had unknown functions but those functions have since been discovered.  These include thalamus, tonsils, male nipples, body hair, wisdom teeth, eye lashes, eye brows, ear muscles and pineal gland.  Some also argued that the pinky finger has no function in humans.
