Title: Expirements on human bipedalism( or human walking) evolution
Post by: mikoTKD on Sep 24, 2016
I'm student in a french high school. I'm preparing a search about human bipedalism. First i must find a problematic and i chose "Why Human became bipedal" or "How Human became bipedal" but I can change. I must answer the question by an experiment. So my Qquestion is: What experiment can or should I do about this problematic? If you know any experiences with another problematics, inform me please!

You want to know why we evolved to be bipedal organisms? Let me know, otherwise humans are bipedal because of two basic structures, the spine and the legs. The leg bones are longer than the arm bones, which naturally prevents quadrupedalism. The spine is built to be straight, which then forces the body into an upright position.
