Title: How to read bands in agarose gel electrophoresis? Post by: nursinghelp on Oct 20, 2012 I have a band that is between two bands of the ladder, how would I read that? For example one of my bands migrated to a position between 2000 and 1500 bp. Would I just say that the band that landed between those two ladder bands is 1750bp?
