Post by: Praise0088 on Oct 23, 2016 In a lab I found out that .5 grams of salt increased the catalase's reaction the most. .5 grams was close to the amount of salt we have in our blood, but I still didn't understand how it affected the reaction rate of the catalase.

If too little and too much salt in the catalase denatures them, than why is it that the amount of salt closest to the human's body increased the reaction rate?
