Title: Physio Ex 8.0 Exercise 35B Serological Testing

I don't understand how to do this. I need help with this please....

Activity 1
1. Which patients would be considered positive for Chlamydia?
2. Are we testing for the presence of anitgen or antibody in the patient samples?
3. Did the controls give the expected results. Explain your answer
4. Describe the siginificance of the washing steps.

Number of elementary bodies in Patient A, Patient B, Patient C, Positive Control, Negative Control

Activity 2
1. What is the indentity of the unknown? How do you know this?
2. Which components are the antigens in this experiment?
3. What role does albumin usually play in serum?
4. Why do you think the agar needs to be clear and clarified?

Yes. There's actually two parts. 35A is the Lymphatic System and Immune Response and 35B is Serological Testing.  I'm actually working on 35B.
