Post by: UnluckyGirlXOX on Nov 26, 2016 Sarah has type AB- blood, which means that her erythrocytes have the A and B antigens only and her plasma has neither anti-A nor anti-B antibodies. Her erythrocytes also lack the Rh antigens. Dina can safely donate blood since her A antigens will not react with Sarah's blood and both women lack the Rh antigen.
