NH4Cl + H2O = NH3 + HCl + H2O

NH4Cl is fully ionized , even in solid state. Hence
NH4+(s) + H2O = NH3(aq) + H3O+(aq)
Cl- is a spectator ion

Just remember, that NH4+ is a weak acid, so the dissociation reaction written by adanna92 doesn't go far to the right.
