There are fewer antifungal, antiprotozoan, and anthelmintic drugs available because fungi, prtozoa and helminths--like their animal and human hosts--are eukaryotic and thus share many common features.

There are more antibacterials because of the major differencs between the structure and metabolism of prokaryotic bacteria to the eukaryotic host
