C: special senses like sight, sound, smell and taste are all controled by cranial nerves. the onlt special sense that is not controled by cranial nerves is touch. so C is the most logical answer.

It is definitely not A: since motor neurons do not receive signals but rather send signals. and D and B are essentially the same thing. Hope this helps

B is correct but I believe C is the better answer since it encompasses B.
