Hi AlyssaSmol,

It depends on your level of study.

For example, if you're studying biology for the first time, there are 4:

Prophase

Metaphase

Anaphase

Telophase

Cytokinesis is a separate phase, not part of mitosis, where the cytoplasm splits.

Interphase
Preprophase(for plant cells)
Prophase
Premetaphase
Metaphase
Anaphase
Telophase
Cytokinesis
