After the arrival of inexpensive broadband, the demand for internet and thus televisions (video entertainment) will increase. As a result, producers will focus more on producing video entertainment goods than other goods and services.

As a result, the PPF will shift out to the right from the x-axis side (video entertainment side) while keeping the 'other goods and services' side unchanged.

This happens because of the inexpensive way of producing video entertainment thereby increasing its production.
