Title: If im alread an EMT-b, what more schooling would i have to finish before i could become a doctor? Post by: lfontes on Jan 28, 2013 I'm looking for options for college. I'd like to become a doctor. I have talked to some EMT's who said that while being an EMT/paramedic they were still going to school to become a doctor. My question is, if im already an emt/paramedic, have i already completed some of the required classes to become doctor, or is there still 4 years of pre-med and 4 years of medical school.
