Title: why is isocitrate dehydrogenase inhibited by ATP?
Post by: nursestudent on Mar 6, 2013
Could somebody please explain why ATP and NADH inhibit isocitrate dehydrogenase? I believe that NADH may inhibit it because of negative feedback inhibition, as NADH is produced as a byproduct. However, I am completely clueless on where ATP fits into the picture??
