Which sample sequences do not match the tiger’s sequence? Where in the first 40 base pairs do the non-matching sequences differ from the tiger’s? Refer to each non-matching nucleotide by its number in the sequence. Nucleotides 20 and 40 are labeled.

The following nucleotides could  be evidenced to show some mismatch to the tiger sequence, nucleotide 19 , 27 and 35, which could point out either mutation effects of the species of some contamination in sample filling into the gel or PCR machine, however the greatest portions could show similarity, ruling out that the sequences shared same analogy and posibbly from related species.
