Post by: bio_man on Jul 5, 2017 The following nucleotides could be evidenced to show some mismatch to the tiger sequence, nucleotide 19 , 27 and 35, which could point out either mutation effects of the species of some contamination in sample filling into the gel or PCR machine, however the greatest portions could show similarity, ruling out that the sequences shared same analogy and posibbly from related species.
