Post by: jsswe3 on Sep 15, 2011
Exercise 5, Cardiovascular Dynamics, p.63

 1. What is the relationship between flow rate and vessel radius?
2. How does the change in vessel radius affect the flow rate?
Please either submit a chart or type the data CAN ANYONE PLEASE SUBMIT THIS CHART FOR ME OR THE DATA THANKS

2. How does the change in vessel radius affect the flow rate?

Flow rate increased as the right vessel radius increased.

Describe the relationship between stroke volume and pump rate?

As stroke volume increases, pump rate decreases. This is an inverse relationship.

Activity 3: Studying the Effect of Flow Tube Length on Fluid Flow PLEASE HELP 2. At what flow tube length was the flow rate the highest? Please explain your result

CAN ANYONE PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE DATA OR THE CHART FOR THIS LAB

It's an inverse relationship if the radius is small the flow rate will be large because there is a lot of pressure to get through the small radius.. if the radius is increases it won't take as much pressure and the flow rate will decrease because it has an easier time getting through
