On day 4 the lining of the uetus begins to thicken again to recieve a fertillised egg. on day 14 ovulation occurs this is when the woman is most fertile. Day 14-28 the endometrium stays thick and ready for a fertillised egg. if no egg arrives the cycle repeats itself. |
