What was the difference in scriptures used by Christians and Jews?

  A) The Jews relied upon the original holy writings of God, while the Christians accepted the New Testament, accepting Paul's letters as scripture along with other newer holy writings.
  B) There was no difference in the scriptures.
  C) The Christians used the Hebrew Bible as well as the Jews. They did not, however, accept the Talmud.
  D) The rabbis rejected the original holy writings in favor of the letters of Paul, where the Christians did not.
  E) The holy writings predating Christianity were considered most sacred to both Jew and Christian alike. The difference was with the writings of Jesus. These were accepted by the Christians and not the Jews.
