Title: Can pGEM-T Easy Vector JM109 cells take up multiple copies of the Plasmid? Post by: !JRon@n on Dec 1, 2013 I am using JM109 cells and the pGEM-T easy vector system II to clone a mixed microbial community for sequencing and I need to know whether a sinle copy or multiple copies can be taken up by each competent cell because this will impact on my ability to sequence from purified plasmid from 1 white cell.
