Post by: jjo0004 on Jan 20, 2014 red light is used as it falls in the visible spectrum, allowing photographers to see the pictures being developed and see around the room, but due to its extremely long wavelength and the energy equation E=hf, the energy created by the red light is not enough to affect the photo developing process
