Title: Incredible cloud formation Written by: duddy on Jan 21, 2014 (https://biology-forums.com/gallery/47/4_21_01_14_10_46_34.jpeg) (https://biology-forums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=15024) This is an undulatus asperatus cloud formation. The name translates loosely to “roughened or agitated waves” and although they appear ominous, they tend to dissipate without a storm forming. In 2009 the formation was proposed as a separate cloud classification - if successful it will be the first cloud formation added since 1951 to the International Cloud Atlas of the World Meteorological Organisation. Comments: I don't know abut the clouds, but the rest of the picture is surely a drawing. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense! Written by: Alexx on Jan 24, 2014 It looks like a drawing. :) amazing!
