An added step for customer service in taking phone messages for a specific person is to
 
  A. make sure the person getting the message wants to speak to the caller.
  B. check the patient medical record for a reason the caller wants to speak to the person.
  C. leave the message on the physician's voicemail.
  D. inform the caller of any known delays in that person returning their call.
