1. The planners should be able to understand the objectives of the communications.
the objectives will be triggered what the planners want to achieve in the long run. The planners should also identify the urgency of the communication and why it is important to pass the information. Once the firm has identified the objectives of the communication, the planners will develop the right communication message and flow.
2. the plans should take the audience intended for the communication into consideration.
The administrators should start by identifying and listen the various types of audiences. For simplicity, the planners should use the stakeholder's analysis and in this way identify all the groups of audiences to be targeted by the information.
3. The planners should plan the communication messages.
Having identified the objectives and the audience targeted by the communication the planners should plan the messages meant to meet the goals and how they will be delivered.
4. Monitoring the effectiveness of the communication.
The planners want to know whether the information they passed previously was understood by the audience and what impression was created to the audience. In doing so, the planes can learn from the failures they could have done during eh first communication and ensure effective communication in future.
