John hurt broke his right humerus. After the cast is removed, John goes back to his primary physician in a health maintenance organization (HMO) to express his concern that his right arm is not moving well. The physician suggests that John move his extremity more in his daily life. A couple weeks later, John goes back to the physician stating that his arm is not any better. Again, the physician suggests that he move his extremity. Two weeks later, John again goes back to his primary physician.
