In humans, the allele for normal blood clotting, H, is dominant to the allele for hemophilia,h. Hemophilia is a x linked trait

Instead of giving you the answer, here's some information on it. Firslt, hemophilia is a recessive sex linked trait.  If a female has XhXh, then she will have the hemophilia. If a female is XHXh, then she carries hemophilia.  If a male has at least one recessive allele, h on his x chromosome, then he will develop hemophilia.
