I am not sure how relevant this is, but I read somewhere that if someone is to quit smoking,
we should take them to a sauna for 3 days, and let them "sweat the nicotine out!" This helps making quitting easier..

Does this really work?

Nicotine is eliminated through liver and kidneys, not skin!

Best way is to phase it out by decreasing your daily tolerance. Thrylix makes a good point, since nicotine is not secreted in one's tears or sweat.

I know a few friends that would smoke so much. They replaced it with "vaping". I don't know if that's a healthy way to cope the smoking addiction, but they seem healthier just by the facial complexion. Then again, i don't know any research regarding health and "vaping".

Ohhh!! Hahaha I always knew electronic cigarettes. Just never knew smoking them was called vaping! I love this term! Smiling Face with Open Mouth
