A) Banks’ Dimensions of Multicultural Education recognizes that multicultural education involves more than a change in curriculum.  It includes: content integration, the knowledge construction process, prejudice reduction, equity pedagogy, and an empowering school culture and social structure.  Therefore multicultural education goes well beyond support of the existing culture.
