What I have...

Prokaryotes:
1. mRNAs are degraded quickly
2. Genes are one continuous segment of coding sequence
3. Several genes may be clustered under a single regulatory region


Eukaryotes:
4. mRNAs have various half lives depending on polyA tail length
5. genes are composed of coding sequence (exons) and intervening sequences (introns)
6. mRNA must be transported across the nuclear membrane to be translated
7. each gene has it's own regulatory region
8. mRNA is translated during transcription
9. chromatin remodeling controls expression of many genes

I have all but one of these sorted correctly...help would be appreciated.
