Types of problem-solving courts such as drug courts have been deemed quite successful. How can these problem-solving courts have a bigger impact on the entire judicial system?

You should make reference to the fact that these drugs courts utilize diversion, treatment, and other alternative tactics to prevent worse overcrowding problems in the prisons and “revolving door” issues. They should consider the success of these courts as compared to the more traditional courts and hypothesize on what some of the results could be if the traditional courts were to apply drug court tactics.
