Have you tried:

P(x=35) + P(x=36) + ... + P(x=50)

500C35 x 0.0835 x (1-0.08)500-35 + 500C36 x 0.0836 x (1-0.08)500-36 + ...
+ 500C50 x 0.0850 x (1-0.08)500-50
