Construction on a building began on January 2, 2015. As between a construction mortgage recorded on January 11, 2015, and a plumber who records a lien on March 15, 2015:
 A) The plumber will have priority in a dates back state.
 B) The construction mortgage always has priority.
 C) The plumber will have priority if it did its work prior to January 11.
 D) The plumber and construction mortgage are on equal footing.
