If you double the concentration of a nondiffusible solute on one side of the semipermeable membrane the osmotic pressure would increase due to net movement of water. For the second question an increase in the driving pressure would lead to filtration, since filtration in the kidneys is driven by a pressure gradient created from blood pressure.
Yea!!
