Imagine you have been recently assigned to a head sales team consisting of three salespersons. It’s time for the annual review for your team, which looks like the following:

The first person is a rock star, super performer, best of the best.

The second person is a solid B player, who meets goals, can be counted on, and is everyone's go-to guy at work. The team would love to have this person.

The third person is the lowest of the low performer - a solid C player.

Keep in mind that your performance as a supervisor depends on how accurately you can improve the performance of your team. In light of the current situation of your team, what would you do?
