In addition to dysarthria, children with cerebral palsy may have feeding problems because
 
  a) Both conditions develop at birth
  b) They are likely to lack the cognitive skills to develop independent feeding skills
  c) The same affected muscles causing the dysarthria of speech are used for chewing and swallowing
  d) Children with cerebral palsy are finicky eaters.
