ANSWER:
Examples where standard precautions must be taken are exposure to visible blood, body cavity fluids, semen, amniotic fluids, or vaginal secretions. Standard Precautions do not apply to saliva, urine, nasal secretions, sweat, sputum, tears, milk, or vomit unless they contain visible blood.
