  A) click the Tools toolbar button, then the plus sign next to Sample Custom Content, then the plus sign next to Shared Content followed by the plus sign next to Images.
  B) click the Tools toolbar button, then the plus sign next to Shared Content, then the plus sign next to Sample Custom Content followed by the plus sign next to Images.
  C) click the Browse toolbar button, then the plus sign next to Sample Custom Content, then the plus sign next to Shared Content followed by the plus sign next to Images.
  D) click the Browse toolbar button, then the plus sign next to Shared Content, then the plus sign next to Sample Custom Content followed by the plus sign next to Images.
