An interview is a conversation or verbal interaction between two people (in this case, the chef
supervisor and the applicant) to evaluate compatibility for a particular reason. It is a process for
choosing the applicant who is most suited for the team position to be filled. The interview has
three main purposes:

 To validate previously submitted information
