What presuppositions underlie integrative models to family therapy?
 
  A. Viewing family systems as single-layered units that function as a whole
  B. Change occurs in spite of therapy or as a result of the initial step to seek therapy; it happens outside of therapy and rarely in therapy
  C. The goal of therapy is to remove constraints within the family system and within individuals as part of the family system
  D. The individual will most likely receive help through therapies that are individually oriented and an adjunct to family therapy
