  pocket spending threshold what happens?
 
  a) They are then absorbed by Medicaid and their prescritpion drugs and health care are subsidized.
  b) If they are eligible based upon their monthly income, they can sign up for socialized healthcare
  under the Social Security Act
  c) Catastrophic coverages kicks in and then covers 95 of prescription drug costs.
  d) Once the required amount has been spent out of pocket federal insurance kicks in and covers 85
  of prescription drug and health care costs.
