Why might a client begin to feel ambivalent about working with you?

  a. Because they feel that things aren't moving fast enough in the work with you
  b. Because they do not like what you look like, what you say, or how you dress
  c. Because to feel better often requires feeling uncomfortable for awhile as we
step out of familiar habits and create new ones and achieving goals takes
effort and may feel more like work and less like fun
  d. Because feeling better often requires feeling uncomfortable for awhile as we
stay with our old habits and make no effort to achieve goals
