An electric circuit consists of a resistor connected across the terminals of an ac generator. How does the power dissipated in the resistor change as the frequency in the generator decreases?
A) It decreases.
B) It increases.
C) It does not change.
D) It increases or decreases depending on the sign of the phase angle.

Resistance is constant as you change frequency (over a wide band anyway). Constant resistance means constant power.
