ANS: D
Orthostatic hypotension is often accompanied by dizziness, blurring or loss of vision, and synco-pe or fainting, not by headache or blurred vision, which are symptoms of hypertension. Chest pain and palpitations may be symptomatic of myocardial infarction. Nausea and vomiting are as-sociated with gastrointestinal issues.
