False! Ultradian rhythms are biological patterns that occur more  than once a day. Hunger patterns, for example, occur several times a day at roughly  regular intervals. Eyeblinks and heartbeats are other examples of ultradian patterns.  By contrast, infradian rhythms have a cycle that exceeds a 24-hour pattern. The female  menstrual cycle is an example of an infradian rhythm.
