Use the following information to answer the next 2 questions

Hi bio_man. this is a new assignment that i have just begun and i need help. Please get back with me whenever you can.
1. Some Discoveries about DNA
1.DNA is made of deoxyribose sugar, phosphate, and four nucleotides (A, G, C, and T).
2.DNA was originally isolated from white blood cells.
3.X-ray diffraction of the DNA molecules shows that it is a helical structure.
4.Adenine pairs with thymine and guanine pairs with cytosine in any sample of DNA.
5.DNA, not proteins, carries genetic information.

Franklin -- X-ray diffraction of the DNA molecules shows that it is a helical structure.
Chargaff -- Adenine pairs with thymine and guanine pairs with cytosine in any sample of DNA.
Hershey and Chase -- DNA, not proteins, carries genetic information.
Levene -- DNA is made of deoxyribose sugar, phosphate, and four nucleotides (A, G, C, and T).
Miescher (not in list) -- DNA was originally isolated from white blood cells.

You've listed 4 scientists here. Was that done on purpose? Are we supposed to match the 4 with the 6 options or with just 4?

Get back to me on this one.

Watson and crick needed to know that:

1st (earliest) DNA is a double-helix: X-ray diffraction of the DNA molecules shows that it is a helical structure.
2nd DNA is made of deoxyribose sugar, phosphate, and four nucleotides
3rd (finally) Adenine pairs with thymine and guanine pairs with cytosine in any sample of DNA.
