Too many causes:

1) Arthritis
2) Hereditary
3) Cancer

It's also dependent on the location where it's formed. For example, a bone spur on the heal occurs when repeated stress and pressure is placed on the bone. It's the body's attempt to repair itself by building extra bone on areas affected by long periods of pressure, rubbing, etc.

What sort of information are you seeking?

Would bone spur cause by diet? such as too much calcium or uric acid on blood.

Oxalic acid is a naturally occurring substance that can bind with minerals. Oxalates can crystallize with calcium to form stones, would this chemical process cause bone spur?

Do you have any suggestions?

Only extreme diets could cause that. Too much calcium won't do anything if it's not absorbed by the intestines - it needs to be coupled with vitamin D4.

I think you're confusing bone spurs with gout. Gout is caused by poor metabolism leading to uric acid.

See gout: https://biology-forums.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=search2;searchfor=gout;searchdescription=1;searchtitle=1;searchkeywords=1

Drug use interfering with metabolism and genetics is the greatest cause. Also, there's no link between oxalate and bone spur.

Urate crystals and bone spur are totally different object, would it be correct?

Urate crystals are temporary formation, but bone spur are permanently form as bone structure,  would it be corrected statement?

Gout occurs when urate crystals accumulate in your joint, causing the inflammation and intense pain of a gout attack. Urate crystals can form when you have high levels of uric acid in your blood.

As far as I know, that's correct.

Bone spurs are permanent deposits. Given that kidney stones are uratic acid-based, they're removed by the uninary tract.

Gout occurs when urate crystals accumulate in your joint, causing the inflammation and intense pain of a gout attack. Urate crystals can form when you have high levels of uric acid in your blood.

That's correct, gout occurs because of the body's inability to eliminate urate as quickly as it is produced. As excess urate collects, urate crystal deposits in joints.
