\(E=\frac{kq}{r^2}\)

Where \(q\) is the charge.

\(E=\frac{9\times 10^9\cdot \left(2.26\times 10^{-9}\right)}{0.0500^2}\)

You should get: 8125 V/m or 8130 V/m to 3 significant digits.
