Even though technology and the Internet are nearly ubiquitous in American society, teachers are constantly reminded the integration of both in the classroom should be approached in a reflective and well-informed manner, not simply to achieve the "wow" factor. Rather, like any teaching strategy, it should be used to help your students in learning content, skills, or dispositions that are part of the curriculum. Choose a topic from the grade level and content area that you would most like to teach and demonstrate how technology and the Internet could be used to help enhance the teaching and learning process within the context of that topic.
